Accident/incident investigation provides valuable information on the safety performance of a given organisation and offers room for improvement which reflects a company’s commitment to health and safety. Accident investigation is more like being a detective, it requires a lot of insight, foresight, creativity, the right skills, open-mindedness and “common sense”.
