Mental health first aid (MHFA) training provides you with the skill and knowledge you need to help someone experiencing mental plight and even substance-use crisis. With the mental first aid training, you will be able to recognise or identify and respond to mental health, substance use crisis and distress. 

This MHFA training also enables you to provide employees in the workplace support in the way of non-judgment conversion to pointing them towards the appropriate support or help.

Most times a person with poor mental health may not realise it and even if they do, they might be hesitant to seek help or simply don’t know where or who to get help from.

Upon successful completion of the MHFA course, you will be issued internationally recognised MHFA course certificate by St. John’s Ambulance, UK.

This course is the standard mental first aid course which means that the topics in this will be covering mental health in adults exclusively.
