Terms and Conditions for Absolute HSE Co. Ltd

Thank you for choosing Absolute HSE Co. Ltd. By enrolling in any of our courses and specifically online self-study courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Access Duration
Students are granted 30 days access to the self-study training materials from the date of enrollment.
This includes study modules, downloadable resources, and self-guided assessments.
2. Course Completion & Certification
All coursework and assessments must be completed within the 30-day access window.
Upon successful completion, certificate will be issued.
Certificates are processed in cohorts and may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive at our Lagos office for collection.
Students will be notified when their certificate is ready for pickup or dispatch arrangement.
3. Extension Policy
If a student is unable to complete the course within 30 days, access will expire automatically.
A 5-day grace period is allowed to apply for an extension.
A ₦5,000 extension fee applies per application.
A single extension grants an additional 14 days of access from the date of approval.
Extensions must be requested via WhatsApp (09129133030) or email (info@absolutehseco.org) before or within the grace period.
4. Re-enrollment Policy
If no extension is requested within the 5-day grace period, training access and records may be archived.
To resume training after this window, students must re-enroll by paying a ₦10,000 re-enrollment fee.
Re-enrollment restores access for a fresh 30-day period and links the student to the next certification batch.
Why this policy exists:
To ensure timely certification and efficient course processing, our system runs in structured certification cohorts. Deadlines and fees support the scheduling, integrity, and organization of our training program.
5. Non-Transferability and Refund Clause
Training access is for the enrolled student only and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Any unauthorized use or distribution of training materials will result in access termination without refund.
All training fees paid to Absolute HSE Co. Ltd are strictly non-refundable. Payment itself constitutes a commitment to enrol and reserves a training slot for the participant. Therefore, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, including claims that registration was not confirmed, delays in submitting registration details, changes in personal schedule, or withdrawal from the course.
Registration confirmation is a procedural step and does not affect the non-refundable status of the training fee once payment has been made. Participants may request a reschedule where applicable, subject to availability and approval.
6. Fee Changes & Certification Policy
All course fees, certification charges, and administrative costs are valid only within the initial 30-day access period.
Any re-enrollment, extension, or delayed completion beyond this period may be subject to updated fees or new certification requirements, as imposed by the certifying or regulatory bodies.
Important Note:
Absolute HSE Co. Ltd is committed to delivering globally recognized training. However, external changes (e.g., by accreditation or awarding bodies) may affect certification fees or criteria at any time. We reserve the right to implement these changes without prior notice.
