This Food Safety, Hygiene and Handling training course has been expertly developed in accordance to WHO standards and is aimed at creating awareness and knowledge in food workers and others involved in providing services to the food industry of the importance of good food safety, hygiene and handling practices.
Contents of this course are aimed at enabling food workers see and understand where issues could emerge in the food chain - preparation, handling, storage, distribution, or processing of food. If these issues are not controlled, could create a risk of food poisoning, threat to public health and subsequent damage to the food business.
This course is essential for all employees new to the food industry and also suitable as a refresher course for existing food workers.

Time: 10 am - 2 pm daily. Training frame is ergonomically friendly to make your training experience wholesome. We make learning easy and impactful.
