Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
Driven and passionate about safety education
Ready to lead and inspire learners
Comfortable organizing sessions in physical or virtual spaces
Looking for flexible income with long-term potential
Experience in HSE or training is a plus — but not required.

This opportunity is not open to everyone.
We onboard only a limited number of trainers per state/month through a screened application and certification process.
All successful applicants will go through our Trainer Certification Pathway, which includes:
A structured onboarding session
Licensing as a certified Absolute HSE Trainer
Access to proprietary tools and certification rights
To maintain quality and commitment, we require a non-refundable application fee before releasing full details.
