Bundle Course Agreement

By enrolling in our Discounted Bundle Course Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure fairness, commitment, and continuity for both the learner and Absolute HSE Co. Ltd.

1. Minimum Bundle Requirement

• You must select a minimum of three (3) courses from our approved bundle list.

• You may choose to pay:

  • In Full (for maximum savings and full access), or

  • In 3 Monthly Installments (spread payment while still enjoying a discount and getting access to start training).

2. Access & Completion Policy

• Access to course content and certification is only granted progressively based on completed payments.

• You will only be granted:

  • Access to your first course upon the first installment payment,

  • Access to the second course after the second payment, and so on.

3. Non-Completion or Abandonment

• If you abandon or suspend payment without valid communication for over 30 days, your enrollment will be marked inactive.

• In such cases, reactivation will require:

  • A ₦10,000 Reactivation Fee to reopen your training account, and

  • Full settlement of outstanding balances before any further course access.

4. Withdrawal or Forfeiture

• If you voluntarily withdraw or fail to complete your installments within 90 days of your last payment:

  • You will forfeit your bundle discount,

  • Any previously completed courses will be treated as standalone, and the full standalone price will be charged against your paid balance before any certificate is issued.

  • Remaining funds (if any) may be transferred to another Absolute HSE course with management approval.

5. Genuine Cases – Deferral Policy

• We understand that life happens. If you experience unavoidable hardship (e.g., health, loss, or family emergency):

  • You must inform us in writing within 10 working days of the issue.

  • You may apply for a temporary deferral (up to 60 days max) without penalty.

  • Proof may be required, and approval is at the discretion of management.

6. No Refund Policy

• Our bundle program is heavily discounted and strictly non-refundable.

• If you’re unsure of your commitment or financial readiness, please choose the Pay-As-You-Go or Single Course Option instead.

By proceeding with registration, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this agreement.

• You are committed to completing your selected courses.

• You understand that your participation is based on a fair-use model designed for serious learners.
